Privacy Policy

Effective / last updated: 10 September 2026
Operator: Mercato Brokers CRM

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Mercato Brokers CRM (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information when you use our client portal, websites, communications, and advertising experiences — including lead forms delivered through Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram).

By using our services or submitting information through our forms or Meta Lead Ads Instant Forms, you acknowledge this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not submit personal information or use the services.

2. Data we collect

Information you provide

  • Identity and contact details (name, email, phone number, country)
  • Account and profile information required to open or manage a trading / portal account
  • Verification / KYC documents and related details where legally required
  • Support messages and correspondence with our team

Information collected automatically

  • Technical logs such as IP address, device/browser type, approximate location derived from IP, and timestamps
  • Security and fraud-prevention signals related to authentication and transactions

Information from partners and platforms

  • Lead form answers and advertising attribution data received from Meta Lead Ads (see section 3)
  • Payment, identity, or messaging providers when you use those services through our portal

3. Meta / Facebook Lead Ads

When you submit a Meta (Facebook / Instagram) Lead Ads Instant Form associated with our Page or campaigns, Meta notifies our systems and we retrieve your submitted form answers through Meta’s Graph API using a Page access token. We store that lead information in our CRM so our sales team can contact you.

Depending on the form, this may include fields such as:

  • Full name, first name, last name
  • Email address and phone number
  • Country or other questions configured on the Instant Form
  • Campaign attribution identifiers (for example form, ad, ad set, or campaign IDs)

Meta’s own processing of your data is governed by Meta’s terms and privacy policy. We receive lead data only for forms and Pages connected to our business and configured integrations.

4. How we use data

  • Respond to enquiries and contact prospective clients who submitted Lead Ads or other forms
  • Create and operate portal accounts, wallets, and trading-related services you request
  • Verify identity, meet compliance obligations, and prevent fraud or abuse
  • Provide customer support and service communications
  • Improve reliability, security, and product experience
  • Comply with applicable laws and respond to lawful requests

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only with:

  • Authorized employees and service providers who process data on our instructions (hosting, email, CRM tools, KYC, payments)
  • Meta Platforms, to the extent necessary to operate Lead Ads, webhooks, and related advertising products you interact with
  • Professional advisers and authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety
  • Business successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, or reorganization, subject to this Policy

6. Retention & security

We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, including legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution requirements. Lead records and account data may be retained for as long as our business relationship continues and for a reasonable period afterward.

We apply administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please use strong credentials and protect access to your devices.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise a privacy request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

If your enquiry relates to data originally submitted through Meta, you may also use Meta’s privacy tools and settings for advertising preferences.

8. Children

Our services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals who are not legally permitted to use our services in their jurisdiction.

9. Changes
